The leisure amenities together with the Hotel Gaudeamus are situated in a very popular protected landscape area of the Žd´árské vrchy (600 metres above sea level) in the village of Milovy nearby the Milovy pond.

  Its surrounding is interweaved with numberless marked tourist, cycle and ski path. Up to 15 kilometres far away there can be also found ski lifts; e.g. in the Ski Areál Jimramov
